  • I met this girl, Ginger. We were sitting by the window smoking a cigarette chatting. She started telling me about her injuries that she suffered from her previous job she had couple years back that was physically demanding. She had several long scars from incisions made during multiple surgeries. She took of her zip-down hoodie showing me the scars. I had never seen this girl without a sweat-shirt or a hoodie on. It was because I had recently met her in this cold winter time. As she took off her hoodie, I noticed her amazing body. Her arms were super toned (not muscular), she had big fake boobs that matched her, you could see her sexy collar bones. I thought her body was absolutely amazing. It has become my motivation. I looked for an image that resembled Ginger's body but I couldn't. So instead, I'm just going to upload an image for thinspiration.

  • i am going to consider today the first day of my journey to achieve my future goals. my main goal and focus is to lose weight. i want to lose 20 pounds and be physically fit. my everyday entries will consist of my food intake, exercises, weekly weigh in and measurements, thinspo, recipes, inspiration, and some things on my personal life.

    to begin to lose weight i have to make few changes and add some things to my daily life:
    vitamin pill
    fiber supplement
    lots of water intake
    minimum 30mins exercise

    i also want to start a detox starting monday.

    day one measurements:
    height - 5feet 0inches
    weight - 120pounds
    waist - 28.5inches
    hips - 31.5inches
